Saqib Mausoof

Saqib Mausoof (Hakim, the grandfather) was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and is currently a resident of San Francisco. He considers himself a late bloomer, in the grand tradition of George Burns and Colonel Qadaffi, and spent most of his early years studying the birds & the bees while avoiding engineering classes. He considers Salim Nasir and Rowan Atkinson as his acting role models. His stage acting experience has ranged from playing a loveable grandfather in The Domestic Crusaders to tormented rebels in Shahid Nadeem's Bulha, and Pratap Sharma's The Rebel Courtesan, as well as corrupt politicians. His other passions include documentary filming, writing and thin slicing through life.
